We don't have a formal program here at the moment but I have been "annoying" the vocations director about it for a while. The official stance is that the archbishop (actually cardinal) will allow it when the priests are happy to accept it. There are 4 deacons left from the last time there was a program (15 years ago maybe). Anyway, prayers for your study... Good luck with the Diaconate…
