Regarding the last chapter of John, it’s one of my favorite chapters in the bible. I remember when I have caught a half dozen large fish on a stringer. I could barely lift it. It striks me that Peter drags the net of 153 large fish to Jesus. St Jerome states that the Greek catalog of all known species of fish totaled 153. Peter, our first Pope was called to be the fisher of all men. I find it beautiful and this is one chapter I can recite by memory. The thrice “do you love me” uses different Greek words for love. Check it out, it speaks volumes to the tone of the discourse Peter and Jesus are having.

I will certainly be looking out for your homeschooling podcast Allyson!

I think I commented a while back about how I will be homeschooling my girls this coming year (I have 5). The whole concept is exciting, but scary.

I would love to hear about the good stuff, and the frustrating stuff. Curriculum choices can be overwhelming. I also feel inspired by the stories of those who homeschool … how did you decide to do it?
