Very grieved that I missed the June issue of our Diocesan mailing about “Fortnight for Freedom”. We were spoiled with our last priest (was moved June 2011) who made sure this was at least in the bulletin if not mentioned during Mass. He kept everybody up to date on everything. “Fortnight of Freedom” wasn’t even mentioned in our tri-parish, but I heard about it Sunday at another parish.
Should’ve been MANDATED that ALL priests talk it up AND publish it in the bulletin(s).
